Chinches y pulgas en los albergues del Camino

Según publica el diario La Rioja

Los responsables de los albergues riojanos cuentan que la presencia de chinches, e incluso pulgas, resulta habitual, debido a las precarias condiciones en las que muchos peregrinos realizan el Camino de Santiago. Sin embargo, la situación adquirió tintes preocupantes el año pasado. «Creemos que el foco estuvo en Navarra porque son los primeros albergues del Camino, así que avisamos a la Consejería de Salud del Gobierno Foral», cuentan en la hospedería de Logroño.

Tras la plaga del 2005, los albergues y el Gobierno de La Rioja decidieron tomar medidas. Así, todos los establecimientos fueron fumigados durante el invierno.
