Acondicionado el tramo mirandés de la ruta de Bayona

 

Los trabajos de acondicionamiento y señalización del tramo mirandés de 1.400 metros del Camino de Santiago, integrado en la ruta de Bayona, están en su fase final. La directora general de Turismo de la Junta, Rosa Urbón, hizo ayer balance de las actuaciones realizadas por la administración regional durante una comparecencia en las Cortes de Castilla y León destacando el papel clave que ha desempeñado en la realización del proyecto la Asociación de Amigos de la ciudad.

El ’trayecto galo’ discurre por un total de 290 kilómetros de los que algo más de 100 atraviesan la región. En el término municipal de Miranda se encuentran 1,4 de esos kilómetros -entre Lacorzana y el Poblado de Bayas- que comenzaron a acondicionarse en julio del pasado año. Los trabajos se han centrado fundamentalmente en la adecuación y mejora sustancial del firme. Y en ellos se ha realizado una inversión de 58.000 euros.
